Role: Digital Design and Marketing Manager
Hivot is a communication organization app created for the construction industry. I worked at Hivot from 2021 until the startup dissolved in 2022. During my time there, I established brand guidelines and best practices for content design. I was also responsible for creating all marketing assets, app store screens, social content, web content, and all other graphics. I designed and rebuilt the entire company website in Webflow which features cms, custom code and support integrations.
Apart from design, I was also in charge of developing our marketing strategy and increasing brand awareness. As the market was extremely niche, I developed strategy through conducting market research. I identified several user personas that were previously disregarded and developed marketing strategies that were tailored to each of them. During my time at Hivot, we saw a massive increase in both traffic to our site as well as app downloads (80%).
